Our Events

Our studio is a space that facilitates storytelling, its setting makes an intimate environment to connect and bring people together to share knowledge and create dialogues. We host events from, film screenings to creative workshops and exhibitions, encouraging artistic expression and social engagement. Believing that storytelling can empower action, many of our events bring focus to narratives of social injustices and human rights issues.

We also have set up a community series called Branches. Branches is a project to connect,  communicate and collaborate with other artists in Taiwan. By organising this series of events, we hope to create a branch between artists, creators and their audience, by making a fun, informal space to support the creative scene. If you are a creative and are interested in being involved, please don't hesitate to send us a message.

MON, 7 FEB AT 19:30

Join our book club, where we will feature a curated list of exceptional photography books – from recent releases to classic volumes of renowned photographers and critics. Every other month we will be choosing a photographic reading book for everyone to study together. The reading group will be for us to discuss what we have learned, share our favourite quotes, talk through ideas and find inspiration. Through leaning into a thoughtful discourse on photography together, we hope it might be just the push we all need to start applying our learnings to help improve and motivate us in all our own photographic practices.

Here you will have the opportunity to take one self-portrait displaying your emotions towards COVID-19 with our large-format analogue camera.

Taiwan is praised for how it is handling the domestic burden of coronavirus, and this exhibition aims to capture the range of emotions felt and recognise the weight upon participants when stepping in front of the lens. We welcome everyone to be a part of this exercise to express what has been experienced since the outbreak began.
